Welcome to GymBooker Pro. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

GymBooker Pro is an automated booking assistant that helps Nuffield Health members book gym classes in advance. The service operates by scheduling bookings on your behalf using the credentials you provide.

2. Account Registration

To use GymBooker Pro, you must:

Be an active Nuffield Health member
Provide accurate registration information
Be at least 18 years of age
Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Nuffield Health Credentials - Important Information

When you provide your Nuffield Health login credentials to GymBooker Pro:

Storage: Your credentials are encrypted and stored securely in our database. They are never stored in plain text.
Access: Your credentials are completely inaccessible to GymBooker Pro staff and administrators. We cannot view, read, or retrieve your password.
Usage: Your credentials are used solely for the purpose of booking gym classes on your behalf. They are never used for any other purpose.
No Sharing: Your credentials are never shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
Deletion: You may delete your credentials at any time through your account settings, or by deleting your account entirely.

4. Subscription and Payments

GymBooker Pro operates on a subscription basis:

New users receive a 7-day free trial
After the trial, a monthly subscription fee applies
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to book classes you do not intend to attend
Share your GymBooker Pro account with others
Attempt to circumvent any security measures
Use the service in any way that violates Nuffield Health's terms of service
Resell or redistribute access to the service

6. Service Limitations

Please be aware that:

GymBooker Pro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nuffield Health
We cannot guarantee that all booking attempts will be successful
Class availability is determined by Nuffield Health and is outside our control
Changes to Nuffield Health's systems may temporarily affect our service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GymBooker Pro are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

GymBooker Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of GymBooker Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
